Commercial: From its inception in 1979, when the company initially concerned itself with building maintenance, management and refurbishment, it has since become instrumental in a number of prestigious projects and in 2000 completed the first high rise development of 43 apartments where it was the main contractor. Atrij has continued to develop the construction side of its business and is currently undertaking a development of 40 apartments and a number of quality homes for private owners. In 1996, the company has branched into real estate where it was one of the first to achieve the coveted ISO 9001 Quality award and in addition now finds itself well positioned to put developers and private operators together with financiers to help fund and complete building projects.

Real Estate: Atrij has a substantial portfolio of properties ranging from small farm buildings in need of renovation to luxury properties in fabulous locations and other opportunities by way of building plots and family sized businesses. 	VIOLETA ŠTOJS, SALES CO-ORDINATOR OVERSEAS CLIENTS Violeta joined the company to lend her 15 years of experience living and working in London to the marketing ambitions of the company and to act as a fluent conduit between sales departments and overseas buyers.
	RADOVAN CINK, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS Radovan has many years experience in building and property management and took on the mantle of Director of Operations in 1996 when the company then added Real Estate to their range of interests.
	VILKO JAZBINŠEK, PROPERTY SALE AND BUILDING MANAGER Vilko is responsible for investments and financing of projects.
	MILENA RUPREHT, LAWYER Milena is responsible to oversee all matters legal and to ensure compliance of all affairs in accordance with the law.
	ANJA REMUS, CUSTOMER LIAISON Anja's role is internal liaison between 30 employees and support to the outside customer service.
