Commercial: From its inception in 1979, when the company initially concerned itself with building maintenance, management and refurbishment, it has since become instrumental in a number of prestigious projects and in 2000 completed the first high rise development of 43 apartments where it was the main contractor. Atrij has continued to develop the construction side of its business and is currently undertaking a development of 40 apartments and a number of quality homes for private owners. In 1996, the company has branched into real estate where it was one of the first to achieve the coveted ISO 9001 Quality award and in addition now finds itself well positioned to put developers and private operators together with financiers to help fund and complete building projects.
Real Estate: Atrij has a substantial portfolio of properties ranging from small farm buildings in need of renovation to luxury properties in fabulous locations and other opportunities by way of building plots and family sized businesses.
